Curalume Kojic Acid + Turmeric Cleansing Pads

A pre-soaked cleansing cloth with turmeric root extract and kojic acid, designed as a single evening step for anyone working on uneven tone, dullness or post-acne marks.

What it is

A dual-textured cotton pad, soaked in a pH-balanced brightening solution. One side lifts away oil, sunscreen and surface debris; the smoother side spreads the actives evenly across skin. One pad covers face and neck.

The actives

• Kojic acid — a fermentation-derived ingredient that inhibits tyrosinase, the enzyme involved in pigment production. Commonly used in tone-evening skincare.
• Turmeric root extract — a source of curcumin, valued as an antioxidant and for its soothing properties on visibly irritated skin.

How to use

1. Sweep one pad over clean, damp skin in the evening, avoiding the eye area.
2. Leave for about sixty seconds.
3. Rinse with cool water and follow with moisturiser.
4. Wear a broad-spectrum SPF the following morning — this is essential when using any brightening active.

If your skin is sensitive or reactive, start with two or three evenings a week and build up gradually.

Good to know

• Free of parabens and sulfates; non-comedogenic.
• Patch-test on the inner arm for 24 hours before first use.
• Results vary with skin type, the cause of the pigmentation and how consistently the product is used. Tone changes are gradual and depend on your skin's natural renewal cycle.
• Not suitable for use on broken or compromised skin. Discontinue if persistent stinging or redness occurs.
