30 days, any reason

Return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — and we cover the return postage. Normal signs of a child having played with it are fine.

Damaged or faulty?

Email a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund straight away — in most cases you won't need to send anything back.

How to start

Email mazilielis1201@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving.
